Band & Crew — road sheets and tour manager tools
You play with an artist, manage their tour, or run their crew. Here's how Mintoor fits the way you actually work on the road.
What's in this section
Band & Crew covers everything a non-owner tour participant needs — whether you're the bassist who just needs tonight's load-in time, or the tour manager running the whole show on the artist's behalf.
- Joining a band & roles — accept invites, understand your permissions, switch between bands, leave cleanly.
- Road sheet — today's show, lodging, drive info, and what crew can and can't see.
- Tour manager tools — editing shows on the band's behalf, handling venue comms, post-show settlement entry.
What you can and can't see
Role-based permissions are a first-class concept in Mintoor. Band members see show logistics but not P&L. Tour managers see everything the artist sees. Crew sees only what they need for the gig at hand. Read Understanding your role and permissions before your first tour if you're new to the model.
