Leaving a band

You're stepping away from a band. Here's the clean exit.

Steps

  1. Band sidebar → [band name] → Leave band.
  2. Confirm.
  3. You're removed immediately.

What happens

  • Your access ends — you can no longer see the band's tours, contacts, or financials.
  • Your contributions stay — notes you added, messages you sent, edits you made to day sheets persist in the band's records.
  • Your personal Mintoor account is unaffected — you keep your own tours, venues, and settings.

For the Owner's side

The Owner sees you as "Former member" in the band's team list. They can:

  • Re-invite you later (new invitation)
  • Remove you from historical records (GDPR-style deletion, case-by-case)

If the Owner removes you first

You're notified via email. Reason may or may not be given. Access ends immediately.

Disputes? Email hello@mintoor.com if you think you were removed in error.

Rejoining

If the Owner re-invites you (or an apology happens), you can accept a new invitation like any other invite.

Your previous role and permissions are NOT auto-restored — the Owner sets fresh permissions.

Money owed

Leaving a band doesn't affect money already owed to you for past shows. That's a contract matter between you and the bandleader — not a Mintoor matter.
