Tour dashboard for tour managers
Tour Managers get almost the same view as the Owner. Here's what that looks like.
Your dashboard
When you switch to a band where you're Tour Manager, the default view is the Tour list — all active and upcoming tours for the band.
Click any tour → full detail (same as the Owner sees):
- Map view — every stop plotted
- Stops list — venue, date, status, deal terms
- P&L — projected vs. actual, per-tour
- Day sheets — for each confirmed stop
- Team tab — who's on this tour
- Inquiries tab — outbound pitches and replies
What you CAN do as TM
- Edit any show — venue, date, deal terms, load-in/soundcheck/set times
- Create new tours on behalf of the band
- Run the Router
- Send inquiries and respond to replies
- Manage settlement — mark paid, enter actuals
- Message venues, bandmates, crew, agents
- Update day sheets
What you CAN'T do as TM
- Change team membership (only Owner)
- Change subscription or billing
- Delete the band
- Change the Owner's profile settings
Acting on behalf of the Owner
Everything you do as TM is logged as "[Your name] on behalf of [Band Name]":
- Inquiries sent to venues look like they came from the band (not from you personally)
- Settlement records show you as the recorder + the Owner as payee
- Venue contacts see the band's brand, not yours
Invisibility by design — the venue doesn't need to know whether the band, a TM, or an agent is on the other side.
Audit trail
Every edit you make is logged:
- Tour detail → Activity tab shows chronological edits
- Useful for the Owner to see what you've been doing
- Useful for you if a mistake needs rolled back
Still stuck?
- "Permission denied" error on a specific action. Check if it's an Owner-only action (billing, team).
- Your changes not syncing to the Owner. Rare. Force-refresh browser or app.
