Regional artist onboarding walkthrough

Fast onboarding for the weekend performer. No tour-routing complexity — just what you need to book repeat gigs close to home.

When you'd use this

You signed up as a regional performer and want the fastest path to finding gigs in your area.

Steps

  1. Set your home base — exact city, not just metro region. See Setting your home base and radius.
  2. Set your travel radius — how far you'll drive for a gig. Default 100 miles; tune to your tolerance.
  3. Set availability preferences — weekends only? Thursdays? Blackout weeks? See Setting availability preferences.
  4. Add the act(s) you're in — cover band, wedding band, solo, etc. Up to 2 acts on the Regional tier.
  5. Set your expected draw on your act — the honest number, not the hopeful one. Weekend Finder's fit scores are built on it; without a draw, venues show unranked.

That's it. 5 minutes. Weekend Finder appears in your sidebar (right after your gigs) for regional accounts.

What unlocks for you

  • Weekend Finder — every venue in your radius, ranked by fit for your act, with shortlist + pitch built in
  • Quick P&L calculator — log a gig, see net in seconds
  • Mileage auto-log — IRS rate per mile, ready for your Schedule C
  • Receipt photo capture — snap, tag, it's in your ledger
  • Year-over-year earnings — compare seasons, markets, venues

What's NOT on the regional tier

  • The AI Router (touring tool, not useful for single-gig bookings)
  • Multi-stop tour management
  • Public tour page
  • Team seats (upgrade to Touring tier to add bandmates)

Still stuck?

  • Weekend Finder showing venues without scores? Your act has no expected draw set — that's what powers the ranking. See Why you're not seeing matches.
