Your Weekend Finder results

Weekend Finder is your home page as a regional artist. Here's how to read what it shows you.

The layout

At the top: your location and radius (both editable in place — results re-rank as you change them) and the weekend chips — the next few Friday/Saturday pairs, so you're always planning against a real date, not "someday."

Below that: venue cards ranked by fit score, best fit first.

Reading a venue card

Each card carries the venue name, city, distance, fit score, and a row of chips that tell you the story at a glance:

  • Capacity chip — the room size, with "fits your draw" when it's in your sweet spot, or a warning when the room is far above your draw
  • Books live music — confirmed live room
  • Genre — the venue's primary genre
  • ✓ Verified booker — a confirmed booker email on file (your best odds of a real reply)
  • Has contact — an email exists but isn't verified
  • Site only — no direct contact — you'd be filling out a web form; weigh that against the score
  • You played here — your history with the room, so fresh options and known rooms are easy to tell apart

The map

Open the expanded map to see your results plotted around your home base, with the best fits labeled. Clicking a venue dot adds or removes it from your shortlist — useful for building a geographically sane weekend (two venues 90 minutes apart in opposite directions is two separate weekends, not one).

Actions per card

  • Shortlist — save it for this planning session and beyond (your shortlist persists on this device)
  • Pitch — opens the outreach composer for that venue, with an AI-drafted email grounded in your act's real numbers

See Shortlisting and pitching for the full flow.

How often to check

Once a week, when you're planning the next open weekend, is the realistic cadence. The directory grows continuously as new venues are verified, and your results recompute from your current settings on every visit — there's no stale feed to keep up with.
