Shortlisting and pitching

Two actions cover the whole flow: shortlist the rooms worth pitching, then pitch them.

Shortlist

Tap the shortlist action on any card (or click a venue's dot on the expanded map) to save it. Your shortlist persists on this device between sessions, so Tuesday-night browsing and Thursday-night pitching can be different sittings.

Use it to:

  • Collect the strong fits before committing to any one pitch
  • Sanity-check geography on the map — a tight cluster is one weekend; a 200-mile spread is two
  • Keep a bench of rooms for the next open weekend

Pitch

Pitch on a single card opens the outreach composer for that venue. Pitch from your shortlist and Mintoor queues them up — the composer advances venue by venue so each email gets its own look before it goes.

What's in the draft: the composer pre-drafts each email from your act's real profile — draw, genre, links — personalized to the venue. Edit anything; nothing sends until you send it. Venues without a contact email on file are skipped automatically (that's what the "Site only" chip warned you about).

What happens after sending:

  • The inquiry appears in your Inquiries inbox as a thread
  • The venue's reply lands in that same thread — see Inquiry statuses explained
  • From there it's a normal negotiation; Mintoor flags threads that need your reply

A word on volume

Pitch the rooms you'd actually play, not the whole list. Ten thoughtful pitches to 70+ fit scores outperform fifty blasts — and bookers in a region talk to each other.
