Verifying your email address
The verification link didn't show up. Here's how to get a fresh one.
When you'd use this
You entered your email on the signup screen, clicked Request access, and nothing arrived. Or you arrived, but the link expired. Either way, this page gets you unstuck in under two minutes.
Steps
- Check your spam folder first. Search for
mintoororhello@mintoor.com. If you find it there, click the link and mark it as Not Spam so the next one goes to your inbox. - Give it another minute. Corporate mail servers sometimes hold Mintoor emails for 30–90 seconds. If you requested within the last minute, refresh your inbox.
- Confirm the email you entered is correct. Typos are the most common cause. Go back to mintoor.com and request again with the correct address.
- Check your email provider's filter list. If you've blocked
hello@mintoor.comornoreply@mintoor.comin the past, unblock and request a fresh link. - Request a new link. Our verification links expire in 24 hours. If yours is older than that, request a new one — the old link is void.
Still not arriving?
- iCloud / Apple Mail users: iCloud's junk filter is aggressive. Add
hello@mintoor.comto your contacts and request again. - Gmail users: Check the Promotions tab, not just Primary.
- Corporate domains: Your IT team may have a strict spam policy. Ask them to whitelist
mintoor.comandresend.com(we send through Resend).
If you've done all of the above and still don't see it after five minutes, email hello@mintoor.com from a different account and we'll manually provision you.
