What happens after you submit a claim

You clicked submit. Here's what's happening on our side.

Typical timeline

Today claims verify by email-domain confirmation. After you click the link in the email we send to your venue's booking address, the claim is approved.

If your venue uses a generic email (Gmail, Yahoo) or the booking email isn't current, email hello@mintoor.com with venue name + your role and we'll handle it manually.

What we check

  • Claim form is complete
  • The verification link was clicked from the venue's booking email
  • No competing active claim on the same venue

What you see while waiting

Your venue's Mintoor page shows a "Claim pending" state (visible only to you). Others still see the venue as unclaimed.

Common reasons a claim doesn't go through

  • The booking email on file is out of date — email us with the correct address
  • The verification link expired before being clicked — request a new one
  • Two people from the same venue are both claiming — we resolve by talking to both

After approval
