What's shown

  • Type (hotel / Airbnb / floor-surfing / other)
  • Address (tap → navigate)
  • Check-in window
  • Confirmation number (if booking-based)
  • Room assignments (who's in which room)
  • Phone for the property
  • Notes (e.g., "Front desk closes at 11 PM, use the after-hours buzzer")

Booking info

If the TM or Owner booked via a shared account:

  • Booking name (whose name it's under)
  • Payment method on file (for incidentals)
  • Check-out time

Nearby

Same screen shows:

  • Food within walking distance (late-night, since you'll be arriving post-show)
  • Gas stations (for morning fill-up)
  • Coffee (for morning)

Floor-surfing special cases

If you're crashing at someone's house:

  • Host name + contact
  • Arrival instructions (key under mat, buzz apartment 3B, etc.)
  • House rules (no shoes, quiet after midnight, etc.)
  • Gift suggestion (a common ask — coffee in the morning, 6-pack of local beer)

Room assignments

Who's in which room — entered manually by the TM or Owner on the lodging record. Auto-assignment based on crew preferences is on the roadmap; for now, the TM picks who's where.

Check-out reminder

Morning of, Mintoor pushes a notification 30 min before check-out. Lodging card shows a countdown.

Still stuck?

  • Wrong address on file. Flag to TM; they update the lodging record.
  • Booking mismatch at hotel. Contact number for the TM is on the lodging card. Tap and ask.
