Connecting Google Calendar
Two-way Google Calendar sync is on the roadmap. Here's what's planned and what to do in the meantime.

Once shipped, the Google Calendar integration will:
- Push confirmed shows (with venue, city, start time, load-in time, call time) into your Google Calendar
- Show holds and travel days on Google as tentative or all-day events
- Read events from your selected Google calendars into Mintoor so you don't double-book
- Let you pick direction (both ways, Google → Mintoor only, or Mintoor → Google only)
- Run on standard Google OAuth with revocable, scoped permissions
Today
Until two-way sync ships:
- Mintoor's in-app calendar shows your confirmed Mintoor shows, holds, and travel days
- You can manually add shows to Google Calendar from your phone or laptop
- The public tour page (if enabled) is one way to share dates with bandmates outside Mintoor
Privacy (when it ships)
- Mintoor will only access the calendars you explicitly pick in the initial setup
- We won't read other Google account data (Gmail, Drive, etc.)
- Your Google OAuth token will be stored encrypted; you'll be able to revoke it from your Google account anytime
