Sharing your calendar with others

Sharing a live view of your calendar with people outside your band is on the roadmap.

Coming soon​

Once shipped, you'll have two ways to share:

  • Read-only share link — a web URL anyone can open to see your Mintoor calendar. Picks: everything, shows only, or availability-only. Configurable expiration. Revocable at any time.
  • ICS subscription URL — a calendar URL recipients paste into Google, Apple, or Outlook so their calendar re-fetches automatically as your shows update.

Both will be read-only — you'll never give an outsider edit rights from a share link.

Today​

Until those land:

  • Bandmates and crew — invite them to the band so they have proper view or edit access. See Understanding your role and permissions.
  • Agents and family — for now, take a screenshot of the relevant week, or send a list of confirmed dates over text or email.
  • Public tour page — if you've enabled it, your /tour/your-slug URL shows the route to anyone with the link.

Plan of record:

  • Event titles will be visible in "Everything" and "Shows only" modes; hidden in "Availability only" mode.
  • Notes, deal terms, contacts, financial info will never be shared via calendar links. Those stay inside the tour view, accessible only to you and band members.
  • Location will show as venue name + city, never street address.
