Understanding your Mintoor calendar

One calendar, every booking, every block, every synced event from Google and Apple.

When you'd use this

You want to see your whole month at a glance, catch double-bookings, or share availability with an agent.

What's on the Mintoor calendar

  • Confirmed shows from your tours and gigs (green)
  • Pending shows (hold dates, pitched, or holds from agents — amber)
  • Blocked dates you've marked unavailable (grey)
  • Weekend Finder matches you've saved to review later (dotted outline)
  • External calendar events from Google or Apple if you've synced them (blue)
  • Travel days between tour stops (light grey, auto-populated by the Router)
  • Private events you've manually added (red)

Everything respects your timezone.

Views

  • Month view — default. Shows the whole month grid.
  • Week view — tighter focus, shows call times and venue names inline.
  • Day view — detailed schedule for one day. On a show day, this is effectively the day sheet view.
  • Agenda view — linear list of upcoming events, useful for sharing.

Sharing your availability

Two ways to share:

  1. Read-only share link — one-click copy. Shows your Mintoor calendar in a public viewer. You control what's visible (shows only? all events? availability only?). See Sharing your calendar with others.
  2. ICS subscription URL — pastes into Google, Apple, Outlook. Updates automatically as your Mintoor calendar changes.

Color customization

Settings → Calendar → Event colors. You can remap the default colors to match your preference (red for confirmed, green for holds, etc.).

Double-booking detection

When you create a new show or accept a match, Mintoor checks for overlaps and warns you before committing.

  • Hard conflicts (same day, same act) are blocked.
  • Soft conflicts (tight drive time between two shows) trigger a warning but are allowed.

Travel days

Router-generated tours automatically populate drive days between stops. You can't book a show on a travel day without explicitly unblocking it (which the Router will re-flag as a soft conflict).
