Structured inbox for artist inquiries — more useful than your generic booking email.

Where

Venue dashboard → Inquiries.

What's shown

Each inquiry as a card:

  • Artist name + genre tags
  • Proposed date (and day of week)
  • Artist's draw estimate
  • Guarantee target (what they're asking)
  • Streaming links (Spotify, Apple Music)
  • Past nearby shows (social proof)
  • Received timestamp
  • Status (pending reply, replied, confirmed, declined)

Compared to a generic email, the structured display cuts triage time from minutes to seconds.

Sorting

  • Newest first (default)
  • Date proposed (soonest) — handle urgent dates first

Quick actions per inquiry

Open the inquiry to:

  • Accept — opens templated acceptance response
  • Decline — templated response, reason required
  • Archive — hide without response

Notifications

New inquiries trigger:

  • In-app badge
  • Email alert

Configure via Venue dashboard → Settings → Notifications.

Coming soon

  • Match score per card with sorting and a min-score filter
  • Bulk multi-select archive / decline / request-info
  • Team collaboration: assign inquiries to specific staff, per-inquiry internal notes
  • Push notifications to mobile

For now, work the inbox one item at a time.

Still stuck?

  • Missing an inquiry you expected. Check archive. Or your spam filter may have caught the email alert — check the in-app badge.
  • Too many inquiries. Tighten your genre tags and pause the accepting-inquiries toggle.
