Starting a free trial
14 days of full-feature access, no credit card required.
When you'd use this
You want to try Mintoor before paying. Or you're on the free signup and want to unlock paid features to see if they're worth it.
Steps
- Open mintoor.com/plans and click the tier you want to try.
- Click Start your 14-day trial. If you're signed in, you go straight to the tier. If not, you'll sign in or sign up first.
- No credit card required. Your trial starts immediately. Every paid feature of the tier you picked is unlocked.
- Pick a different tier at any time without restarting the trial. If you switch from Touring to Solo mid-trial, your remaining days carry over.
What's included in every trial
- Full feature access for the chosen tier
- Full data access — everything you create during the trial is yours
- No "trial-only" watermarks on PDF exports
- No per-action limits (unlike many SaaS trials, we don't cap the number of tours, gigs, or venues you can create)
What happens when the trial ends
- 24-48 hours before: we'll email you a heads-up so you have time to add a payment method or change tiers. The reminder also shows up in your in-app bell.
- At the end: if you've added a payment method, your first monthly (or annual) charge runs and you keep full access. If you haven't, paid features become read-only — all your data stays intact, you just can't use the Router, Weekend Finder, etc. until you add a card.
You can always add a payment method later to reactivate — data resumes exactly where you left off.
Can I extend a trial?
If you need more time for a specific reason (launch week, touring abroad, slow month), email hello@mintoor.com with the reason and we can extend by up to 14 days on a case-by-case basis. Not automatic — we look at each request.
Trial mechanics I should know
- One trial per account. If you've trialed before and didn't convert, new trials are limited. Email us for an exception.
- No stacking. Trials don't stack on each other. Upgrading mid-trial uses your remaining days, not a fresh 14.
- Free vs. trial. The free state after a trial is functionally different from the trial — you can read old data but can't use paid features. Free accounts never convert to trials automatically.
Still stuck?
- Trial didn't start? Check that you're signed into the correct Mintoor account (if you have two), not a bandmate's.
- "You've already used your trial" error? That's the one-trial rule. Email us.
