I forgot my password

Mintoor doesn't use passwords by default — here's what to do instead.

The short answer

Mintoor uses passwordless magic links, not passwords. So you don't need to "reset" anything — you just request a fresh magic link.

Steps

  1. Go to mintoor.com/login.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. Click Send magic link.
  4. Check your email. The link arrives within 30 seconds.
  5. Click the link. You're signed in.

If the link doesn't arrive, see Verifying your email address for troubleshooting.

If you've explicitly set a password

A small subset of Mintoor users (typically Crew tier enterprise users who need SSO-like behavior) have a password set. If you're one:

  1. On the login page, click Use password instead.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. If you've forgotten it, click Forgot password? — we email you a password-reset link.
  4. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.

If you can't access your email

This is the scary case because your email is your primary auth factor.

Option 1: Recover your email first. Contact your email provider's support to regain access.

Option 2: If the email account is permanently lost:

  1. Email hello@mintoor.com from the new email you want to use.
  2. Provide as many of the following as possible:
    • Your display name on Mintoor
    • Approximate signup date
    • Last invoice number
    • Last 4 digits of the card on file
    • Content of a recent thread or tour name
  3. We'll verify manually (takes 1–3 business days) and migrate your account to the new email.

A note on 2FA

Two-factor authentication isn't built yet. Magic link is the auth flow — see Two-factor authentication (2FA) for what's coming.

Still stuck?

If none of the above works, email hello@mintoor.com with "Account access" in the subject and we'll reply within one business day.
